A group of DC Gaels coaches, parents, and about 20 kids turned out today to take some quick lessons in Gaelic football and set the groundwork for a 2021 Youth Development Program. Right across from the Washington Monument, kids learned the basics of picking up the ball, hand passing, and kicking.
With the open day behind us, the club is gearing up for a full eight-week season in the early fall, starting after Labor Day.
